The Coffee Haus Downtown started roasting our own beans in 2006, in order to created hand-crafted, freshly roasted coffee full of passion and flavor. Our coffees come from all over the world - Central and South America, Africa, Indonesia and India. On any given day, we offer more than 40 different varietals of coffee for you to choose from. So, take a look and let us know what you'd like to try - we'll grind it fresh for your cup and your cup alone.

Blending & Roasting

Truly great coffee is hard to find. Unique characteristics resulting from geography, as well as each farm's growing and harvesting techniques, profoundly impact the flavor of every bean.

Our blends are a culmination of art and science. Each is born from a creative spark and following this initial inspiration, our passion for the perfect cup takes over. the goal of our blending process is to create unique aromas and flavors that cannot be found in any single origin coffee.

A coffee's roast profile is as important to its final flavor as the natural characteristics found in each bean. Each coffee has an individual depth of roast where the flavor and aroma meet, becoming truly remarkable. For this reason, we do not limit ourselves to one roasting style. We believe that it takes all five senses to create the perfect roast profile.

We also offer more than 30 different varieties of loose-leaf teas from Market Spice. From Gunpowder Green to comforting Chamomile, we have teas to soothe your mind and feed your soul.
